Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Join our thriving Logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana! We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to the efficient processing and dispatch of customer orders. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using scanners and/or pick lists.
• Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and other material handling devices.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation activities.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves, when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand pick lists and order details.
• Proficiency in basic math skills.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs), standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following all Safety protocols and procedures.
