Job Summary:
Join our growing logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Huntsville, Alabama. This role is vital to ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. A strong focus on Safety and adherence to all warehouse regulations is mandatory. Basic knowledge of logistics operations is a plus. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for the duration of the shift. Team player with good communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from storage locations based on order details.
- Pack items carefully and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all information is correct.
- Conduct quality checks to confirm order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Ensure all required PPE is worn correctly and consistently.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
