Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Order Picker for our Omaha, Nebraska location! If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy a physically active role, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact our customer satisfaction and the overall performance of our Logistics operations. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or scanners.
• Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
• Pack orders carefully and securely for shipping.
• Stage orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Assist with inventory control through accurate picking and stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE .
• Report any discrepancies in inventory or damaged products to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet picking quotas and deadlines.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.

This role requires individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can perform tasks involving bending, stooping, and significant Lifting of up to 50 lbs. A commitment to Safety and proficiency in using scanning equipment are essential. Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
