Order Picker

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from designated locations within the warehouse using pick lists or RF scanners.
• Verify product information and quantities against order requirements.
• Ensure picked items are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area, following Safety guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
• Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support Logistics operations.
• May involve occasional Lifting of items weighing up to 30 lbs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse experience, particularly in order picking, is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Understanding of basic warehouse Safety principles.
• Ability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.
• Team-oriented and able to work effectively with colleagues.
• Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Familiarity with Logistics workflows is a plus.
