Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and interpret pick lists or utilize RF scanning devices to identify items.
- Accurately locate and retrieve specified products from warehouse shelves.
- Verify product details and quantities against order requirements.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Ensure products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Assist with packing and preparing orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to achieving team goals for picking accuracy and productivity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
