Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
- Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
- Implement and enforce Safety procedures and regulations, ensuring compliance with all standards.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
- Train and mentor warehouse personnel.
- Optimize workflow and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere and encourage high performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role in logistics.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Proficiency in WMS and other relevant software.
- Commitment to ensuring all staff use required PPE.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
