- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using order lists or scanning devices.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items carefully and securely for shipment.
- Stage picked orders in designated areas for quality control and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting devices as needed.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Follow all logistics and operational procedures.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse roles is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics.
- Willingness to follow all safety protocols and wear PPE.
