Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse operational procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts or overstock.
  • Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
  • Train new employees on warehouse operations and Safety protocols.
  • Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvements.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
  • Resolve operational issues and discrepancies promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including occasional Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Commitment to promoting and maintaining a high standard of Safety in the workplace.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
