Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse operational procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts or overstock.
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
- Train new employees on warehouse operations and Safety protocols.
- Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvements.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Resolve operational issues and discrepancies promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including occasional Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Commitment to promoting and maintaining a high standard of Safety in the workplace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
