Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Verify order details and product counts for accuracy.
- Package products securely for transit, ensuring they are protected.
- Prepare shipments for outbound logistics, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and cycle counts.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all safety protocols, including PPE use.
