Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and order lists.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently to ensure safe transit.
- Verify order contents against shipping documentation for accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to warehouse safety standards.
- Perform inventory cycle counts as assigned.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution center is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Must follow safety regulations and wear required PPE at all times.
