Inventory Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies. Your work is crucial to ensuring the efficiency of our warehouse operations and the overall accuracy of our logistics and supply chain management. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Record inventory data accurately into the inventory management system.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all inventory items.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Assist with shipping and receiving functions as needed, contributing to smooth logistics flow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform tasks involving occasional Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of warehouse Safety principles.
• Willingness to wear required PPE.
