Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock items.
- Assist with put-away and replenishment processes to ensure accurate location data.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) as applicable.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members on inventory-related issues.
- Perform tasks that involve lifting and moving inventory items.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory management role.
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory control software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics and supply chain principles.
