Previous experience as an inventory clerk or in a similar role is beneficial. Strong data entry and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control. Familiarity with WMS is a plus. Must be able to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical tasks including some Lifting. Commitment to upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts of warehouse inventory.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by comparing physical counts to system data.
- Reconcile inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Assist in the planning and execution of full physical inventories.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or excesses.
- Process inventory adjustments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized inventory records and documentation.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Support receiving and shipping departments with inventory verification.
- Must be able to handle Lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
- Understand basic logistics flow and inventory control principles.
