Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications and shipping deadlines.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper securing and handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety and handling of goods.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a bonus.
