Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against invoices.
- Sort and place received goods into appropriate storage locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and other vehicles.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory control procedures, including cycle counts.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Report any damaged goods or safety concerns.
- Support shipping and receiving activities as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Good physical condition and stamina for standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks within the logistics framework.
