Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of all inventory items.
- Collaborate with receiving and shipping departments to ensure accurate stock movements.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of Safety in the workplace.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
