Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and ensure accuracy.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving items, and report on inventory status.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory to prevent damage or spoilage.
- Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to reconcile inventory.
- Train and guide other warehouse staff on inventory management best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all **Safety** regulations and the proper use of **PPE**.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with **Lifting** and moving inventory is beneficial.
- Familiarity with **Logistics** operations.
- Understanding of **Safety** procedures and **PPE** usage is mandatory.
