Job Summary:
We are searching for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all aspects of receiving, storage, and shipping. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. This leadership role requires excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of logistics and warehouse management best practices. We are committed to maintaining a secure and productive environment and expect our supervisors to champion safety initiatives and enforce all company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and stock placement to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Implement and enforce all warehouse safety procedures and regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
  • Monitor and manage productivity levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Operate or oversee the operation of warehouse equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safe usage.
  • Manage shipping and receiving operations to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, including adherence to PPE requirements for all staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety information.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring team compliance with PPE usage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
