Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Manage stock adjustments and maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Oversee the put-away process, ensuring items are stored in the correct locations.
- Monitor inventory for damaged or expired goods and take appropriate action.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Generate inventory reports and provide analysis to management.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., shipping, receiving) to ensure seamless inventory flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Properly use all required PPE , including safety glasses, gloves, and other protective gear.
- Support overall Logistics efficiency through accurate inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory best practices.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following Safety procedures.
