Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent Order Picker to join our growing team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail and efficiency are key to ensuring our customers receive exactly what they ordered, on time. This role is crucial for our Logistics and fulfillment processes. You will be working with a diverse range of products, which will require consistent Lifting and careful handling. Adherence to all Safety procedures and the correct use of PPE are mandatory for your well-being and the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order slips or scanning equipment.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Notify supervisors of any stock discrepancies or issues with products.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, emphasizing Safety at all times.
- Wear and properly use all provided PPE , such as safety shoes and gloves.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of goods within our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and order information.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Good organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to following all safety guidelines.
