- Accurately retrieve ordered items from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify item numbers, descriptions, and quantities against pick lists or digital orders.
- Use RF scanning devices to track inventory movement.
- Transport picked items to designated staging areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of picking routes and work areas.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Properly use and maintain all required PPE.
- Perform lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret pick lists and product information accurately.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles and warehouse safety.
- Commitment to wearing PPE and following safety guidelines.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
