Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer in Minneapolis, Minnesota! This position is integral to our fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for retrieving items from warehouse shelves, verifying their accuracy, and packing them securely for transit. A keen eye for detail, speed, and a commitment to Safety are essential. This role involves a significant amount of physical work, including Lifting and standing for extended periods. We provide all necessary PPE , and its proper use is required. Your work directly impacts the efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations according to order specifications.
• Scan items to ensure correct product and quantity.
• Inspect items for damage before packing.
• Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate shipping materials.
• Label packages correctly with shipping information.
• Stage completed orders for shipment.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety .
• Wear and correctly use all required PPE , such as safety vests, gloves, and closed-toe shoes.
• Contribute to the overall speed and accuracy of our Logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations.
