Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be instrumental in the smooth functioning of our distribution center, handling a variety of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping preparation. This role requires individuals who are energetic, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. You'll be a vital part of our logistics chain, ensuring that products move seamlessly through our facility. Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
• Sort and place incoming merchandise on shelves or in designated storage areas.
• Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Assist with inventory management and stocktaking.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Support other warehouse functions as directed to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Understanding of basic safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
