Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using established procedures.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklifts) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those concerning safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and contribute to overall logistics success.
