Join our growing team in Cincinnati, Ohio, as an Inventory Clerk! As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for managing inventory records, conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and assisting with stock takes. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory within the warehouse.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between system records and physical counts.
- Assist with the receiving and put-away process to ensure accurate inventory data entry.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Generate inventory reports as required by management.
- Participate in physical inventory counts as scheduled.
- Identify and tag damaged or obsolete inventory.
- Support the logistics team by providing accurate inventory information.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with organizing warehouse stock to ensure efficient storage and accessibility.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehouse role is required.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and WMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Capability to handle occasional Lifting of inventory items up to 30 pounds.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with general logistics and warehouse operations.
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
