Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Verify item accuracy and quantities before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Print shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Process returns and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace according to OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and other warehouse technology.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to team goals by working collaboratively and efficiently.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order details and product information.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and computer systems is advantageous.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capability of consistent lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet performance targets.
- Team-oriented attitude and effective communication skills.
