Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
  • Supervise and train warehouse personnel, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers and other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Implement and enforce all safety regulations, including proper PPE usage and safe lifting practices.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) software effectively.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity and accuracy.
  • Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain principles.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including some lifting, as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
