As a Picker/Packer, you will play a vital role in our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include selecting items from inventory according to order specifications, carefully packing these items for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Precision and speed are key to success in this role, as we strive for exceptional customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with other members of the warehouse team to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy. Safety is paramount in our operations; therefore, strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. - Accurately pick products based on order lists or scanning devices.
- Verify picked items for correctness and condition.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation to packages.
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory management tasks as needed.
