Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Our Los Angeles, California facility is looking for energetic Fulfillment Associates to support our growing e-commerce operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various stages of order processing, from picking and packing to shipping and receiving. This dynamic role is key to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers, playing a vital part in our overall Logistics network. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices.
• Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
• Restock inventory to designated locations within the warehouse.
• Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts if certified.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Strictly adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE .
• Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
• This role involves significant standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
