Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Be part of our dynamic e-commerce fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is essential for efficiently processing and preparing online orders for shipment. You will be responsible for picking items, packing them securely, and ensuring accuracy throughout the fulfillment process. Your attention to detail and speed are critical to meeting customer expectations in the fast-paced world of online retail Logistics . Maintaining a safe work environment is a top priority.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on customer order details.
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
• Select appropriate packaging materials and efficiently pack orders to ensure product protection during transit.
• Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
• Operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology to manage inventory and track orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
• Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to Safety .
• Wear all mandated PPE , including safety vests and appropriate footwear.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking role is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Capability for Lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Understanding of e-commerce Logistics and fulfillment processes.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Willingness to adhere to all Safety regulations.
