Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices.
• Pack orders efficiently and securely for shipment.
• Prepare packages for outgoing delivery, ensuring all labels are correct.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
• Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Proficiency with warehouse technology, such as scanners and WMS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to workplace safety and understanding of PPE requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet performance targets.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
