Order Picker

Job Summary:
Become a key player in our Los Angeles, California distribution center as an Order Picker! We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to accurately fulfill customer orders. This role is critical to our Logistics operations, ensuring that the right products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment efficiently. A strong commitment to workplace Safety is essential.
Responsibilities:

• Receive and process pick lists or orders accurately.
• Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse shelves using scanning devices.
• Verify item numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Package items securely and appropriately for shipment.
• Stage picked orders for outbound shipping.
• Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment for order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all company Safety rules and procedures.
• Utilize required PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret pick lists and item locations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Capacity for Lifting items up to 40 pounds.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and willing to assist colleagues.
• Commitment to following all Safety guidelines.
