Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Locate and gather items from warehouse shelves and storage locations.
- Verify item numbers and quantities against order details.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Stage picked orders for quality control and shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Contribute to meeting daily picking goals and order fulfillment targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina for walking and standing for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
