Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Use RF scanners and pick lists to ensure order accuracy.
- Verify product identification and quantities before staging.
- Prepare picked items for the packing and shipping process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in inventory checks and stocktaking as required.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about order status.
- Ensure proper handling of all merchandise to prevent damage.
- Uphold company standards for productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Willingness to follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
