Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated locations using pick lists or scanners.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order requirements.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, applying appropriate labels.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing and picking station.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Support the overall effectiveness of our logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding order forms.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
