Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all incoming shipments, verifying quantities and checking for damage.
- Accurately document received goods in the inventory system.
- Stock materials in designated warehouse locations efficiently and logically.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with all Safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping and receiving procedures and regulations.
- Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize logistics operations.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or a similar warehouse role.
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is essential.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to protocols.
