Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Accurately document all received and shipped items.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling.
- Load outgoing trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
- Communicate with carriers and internal departments regarding logistics.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
