- Receive, unload, and store incoming goods efficiently.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper storage.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all established safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Perform general labor tasks that support logistics operations.
- Adhere to proper lifting techniques to ensure personal and team safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
