Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to become a vital part of our Madison, Wisconsin facility. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse duties, contributing to the efficient operation of our logistics network. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. A strong commitment to safety is paramount; you will be expected to adhere to all safety regulations, maintain a clean workspace, and consistently use the required PPE. The ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting, is essential for success. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Accurately stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Follow proper lifting techniques and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Support overall logistics and supply chain functions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
  • Proven ability in lifting items up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics principles.
