Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the receiving and put-away process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) and report on product expiration dates.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure the warehouse is organized and adheres to safety standards, including proper PPE usage.
  • Collaborate with operations and purchasing departments to manage stock levels.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with WMS software and other inventory management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
