Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the receiving and put-away process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) and report on product expiration dates.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and adheres to safety standards, including proper PPE usage.
- Collaborate with operations and purchasing departments to manage stock levels.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with WMS software and other inventory management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
