Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained and required.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of required PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily targets.
- Regularly handle lifting of products, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of general logistics principles.
