Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
We are hiring a diligent Fulfillment Associate for our Charlotte, North Carolina distribution center. This position is critical to our supply chain and e-commerce success, involving the efficient processing of orders from receipt to shipment. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and staging items, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
• Pick customer orders from various warehouse locations using pick lists or RF scanners.
• Inspect and verify picked items for accuracy, quantity, and quality.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently for safe transit.
• Prepare shipments, including labeling and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available for qualified candidates).
• Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
• Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or similar logistics role is preferred.
• Physical capability to perform tasks including regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Reliability and a strong desire to contribute to team success.
