Responsibilities:
- Accurately select and gather products for customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Apply correct shipping labels and documentation.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy by ensuring correct picks and reporting stock issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming stock.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets.
- Participate in warehouse improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting tasks, handling items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work at a steady pace.
- Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or Picker/Packer role is advantageous.
- Must be committed to maintaining a Safe work environment and wearing required PPE.
- Ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift.
