Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on order fulfillment lists.
- Pack products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during shipping.
- Verify order contents against customer orders to ensure accuracy.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, hand trucks) as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the necessity of PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
