Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Become a Fulfillment Associate in St. Louis, Missouri! This role is the backbone of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify order details against product received.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety.
• Utilize appropriate PPE, such as safety shoes and gloves, to ensure personal safety.
• Be prepared for regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Contribute to inventory management tasks as needed.
• Support the overall logistics and distribution process of the facility.
• Assist in receiving and put-away of incoming inventory.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Basic understanding of logistics operations.
