We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer associates to join our dynamic logistics team in San Jose, California. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in our fulfillment operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse to locate and retrieve items from shelves using pick lists or scanning devices. Precision is key as you'll be ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected. Following that, you will meticulously package items, ensuring they are protected for transit and that the correct shipping labels are affixed. Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace are paramount. We value individuals who are reliable, efficient, and possess a strong work ethic. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail is critical to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
