Picker/Packer

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products based on order lists and specifications.
• Inspect picked items for damage and ensure correct quantity.
• Package items securely for shipment, selecting appropriate materials.
• Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation.
• Stage packed orders for carrier pick-up.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
• Participate in inventory checks and support stock management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Contribute to overall warehouse productivity and accuracy goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and walking for the duration of shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
