Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Picker/Packer to join our fulfillment center in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and carefully packaging them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are key to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and in excellent condition. This position is fundamental to our logistics and order fulfillment process. A focus on safety and teamwork is essential.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order sheets.
• Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers.
• Verify order accuracy before packaging.
• Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
• Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including some Lifting of packages.
• Contribute to meeting daily picking and packing targets.
• Ensure all items are handled with care throughout the picking and packing process.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
• Ability to read and understand order sheets and product labels.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting.
• Knowledge of required PPE and safe work practices.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy.
