Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Picker/Packer, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This role involves carefully selecting items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications and then expertly packaging them for shipment. Attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are key to our **logistics** operations.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations using order lists or scanning devices.
• Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packaging.
• Package items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Label packages accurately with shipping information.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
• Adhere to all **safety** protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment as needed.
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.
• Assist with inventory counts as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand order picking lists and shipping labels.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to perform frequent **lifting** of up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to wear required **PPE**, including safety vests and gloves.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Understanding of basic warehouse **logistics** and inventory management principles is beneficial.
• Commitment to workplace **safety**.
