Picker/Packer

Job Summary:

As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating specific items from our warehouse inventory and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:

• Accurately identify and retrieve ordered items from designated warehouse locations.
• Verify product details (SKU, quantity) against order forms or scanner data.
• Package items using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
• Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within your picking and packing station.
• Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
• Strictly follow all company safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting guidelines.
• Operate basic material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret order pick sheets and product labels.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capacity for regular lifting (up to 40 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
• Awareness of warehouse safety standards.
